Nice solution - but struggling a bit... so is there a config guide available ?

Got a list with names, address and 2 separate columns; lat + long - if I enter some digits in these it's not working..

whats the format of the lat and long column ? - tried with the:

40° 26.7717

but can't get it working...

I'm having the same issue with similar setup

Running SharePoint 2010 Foundation

As a test I created a simple list with one row - Title, Latitude, Longitude

Started with a blank page, added a listview webpart showing my list, then the map webpart

Connected with 'Get table from'.. set the map webpart to Webpart Connection mode, set the Latitude and Longitude column name

And the map doesn't show any points, just stays at the initial World Level zoom

If I put my longitude/latitude values in as the Centre locations, it will properly center the map.. but otherwise I can't get anything working for showing points from a connected list

Ok seem to have it working now

Turns out that the Title column name MUST be entered, maybe should be added to the documentation?

Title column is not mandatory anymore. Check the last release.
